Installation

Mobo and PCI cover plates

The motherboard's installation starts from removing mobo's back plate from framework. Next U-shaped metal screw stand ups must be placed to the right spots to fit with the mobo's holes.

By first touch srcrew stand up's felt quite handy, but after starting to tighten the screws I found out that they just rotated in their position. Later I realized that those U-stand ups were supposed to be just a certain kind of support, and the mobo were tightened with two "traditional" stand ups. When unscrewing the mobo little problems appeared with unsrewing the screws out from U-stand ups. Next mobos back plate was fitted back to case and cards were assembled back to their slots. Card slot cover plates are familiar Enlight-stuff and them can be easily removed with little push.

3,5" and 5,25" drives

5,25" mounting rails are quite ingenious system. First you pull rails some out from front panel when lockin opens. Then you slide 5,25" drive to its place and push the rails back in. Rails forces little metallic clip against drives mounting holes and locks it sturdily and safely to its place.

3,5" drives are attached to case with removable rack. Rack is little bit too small because of only two drives can be mounted to rack without concern of overheating. Attaching and removing of the rack is easy and fast.

Case fan and ventilation

Fan installation happens with plastic frame. Just push the fan to the frame and plastic clips ensures the fastening. Next the frame was just pushed back on its place to inside of front panel. With basic structure EN-7247s ventilation is ok: cold air in from front panel and warm air out from back panel. Enlight implementation isn't bad at all, especisally when front panel is equipped with decent grating and not only with miserably small holes.
